Job Description
The Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University, Bristol RI, invites applications for a lecturer position in management beginning Spring 2025. Responsibilities include teaching principles of management as well as related courses, including strategy, entrepreneurship and other management courses. Interest in small business management and innovation in organizations is also welcome. The individual hired will be expected to provide excellence in teaching, be enthusiastic about advising students, student clubs and support the school and University through service assignments. Typical teaching load of this position would be 4-4 that can include a mix of graduate and undergraduate teaching.

Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements include an MBA from an AACSB accredited institution.
MBA would not be a necessity if the person holds a Ph.D. in a related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution.
Candidates should have an established record or demonstrated strong potential for high quality, innovative teaching.
