The Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation Office will lead key initiatives aimed at driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and transformational projects across the organization. This role requires a leader with a strategic mindset and strong project management skills to support the company's growth and innovative objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities -

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and long-term goals, key priorities and initiatives.

Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Develop

Transformation Initiatives:

Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Project Management:

Oversee the management of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support project initiatives.

Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the budget for the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles.

Experience in Merchandising, eComm, Digital, Loyalty/Membership, Personalization

Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and transformation projects.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean).

Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
