Yoh has an exciting full time opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Leader to join our Financial Technology client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience with LEAN methodologies, and live within a commutable distance to the office San Diego, CA for a hybrid work environment.

Title: Continuous Improvement Leader
Compensation: $150-$190k/year (depending on experience level)
Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and strategy.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by prioritizing opportunities and executing LEAN transformation strategies and metrics.
  • Utilize metrics to support process owners in aligning projects with strategic objectives.
  • Drive operational productivity initiatives.
  • Assist teams in developing LEAN roadmaps for deploying strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance for projects and challenge organizational leaders to foster an action-based culture of continuous improvement and enhance CI and LEAN-oriented thinking.
  • Collaborate with finance to evaluate project savings estimates, validate reported CI benefits, and ensure accurate accounting of CI productivity.
  • Availability to work in the office 2-3 days per week and travel 10-25% as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in global process re-engineering within large, complex organizations, focusing on product management and learning development.
  • Proven ability to enhance value propositions and drive revenue growth through LEAN implementations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, partnerships, interactions, and workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience directing work efforts in a matrixed environment to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Ability to navigate and facilitate change in challenging and dynamic environments, managing resistance from senior stakeholders and business-as-usual teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) certification from a reputable organization, (Change Management certification also preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean Management Systems, including Daily Management, Problem Solving, Coaching, Gemba practice, Standard Work, and Leader Standard Work.
  • Strong experience in developing global programs with suppliers and partners.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with high technology/software industry business models and core processes.


Estimated Min Rate: $133000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $190000.00
