Overview:
Join our executive team to lead compliance, performance management, and clinical training for Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS). Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor a comprehensive compliance program.
Oversee compliance-related policies and procedures.
Implement performance management systems and evaluate program effectiveness.
Develop clinical training programs for staff.
Manage risks related to compliance and performance.
Communicate with stakeholders about compliance and performance.
Ensure accurate reporting on compliance and training.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
10+ years in performance management, compliance, and training, with 5+ years in a leadership role in Medicaid LTSS.
Strong understanding of Medicaid LTSS regulations and best practices.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
LSW, RN, or LISW preferred.
Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC or similar).
Experience with Medicaid, NCQA, and CMS audits.
