Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
Participates in National Institute of Health-funded research to evaluate the novel front-of-package nutrition labeling policy in Mexico through annual surveys of adults and comparisons with the US, particularly Mexican Americans. Responsibilities include coordination and leadership of research activities across collaborating institutions, particularly through the production of scientific manuscripts and occasional travel to academic meetings and conferences.
Required Education and Experience
PhD in a social science or public health-related field.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and have strong writing skills, including evidence for leadership conceptualizing and writing scientific publications.
- Expertise leading quantitative analyses, including analyses of survey data.
- Expertise with evaluation of communication and policy effects on perceptions and behaviors.
