Job Description:

Learning Objectives:

• Support the Dean of Academic Success and the Program Manager for the Online Associate of Arts degree
• Represent the College and may act as the first point of contact for students who visit the office or inquire about the Online AA program
• Develop customer service skills by providing students and visitors with support and assistance
• Develop relationships with new and continuing students while encouraging and promoting their success
• Assist with recruitment, retention, and success of current and future students Complete other duties as requested.

• Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
• Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;
• Successfully pass background/drug screening;
• Answer phone and take messages;
• Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing;
• Open and sort mail;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Willingness to learn new technology;
• Assist with special projects;
• Other duties as assigned.
