This is a full time, salaried position located at our corporate offices in La Jolla. Includes $5k retention incentive and $8k relocation assistance for eligible new hires.

The Manager of Pharmacy Clinic Operations will:

  • Provide pharmaceutical consultative and education support to all clinic sites including Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs), Health Express Centers and non -oncology infusion.
  • When appropriate, provides pharmaceutical oversight to staff who provide medication mixing and administration of medications, ensuring the Clinics pharmaceutical care processes complies with all applicable laws.
  • Provide pharmaceutical consultative support to all ASC to support compliance with all regulatory and quality certifications and/or licensures. The role will provide consultative support for purchasing and formulary management.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

  • Pharm BS or Pharm.D.
  • 3 years in a clinical pharmacy position required.


Required Certification/Registration:

  • Current CA Pharmacy license


Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

  • Clinic or physician practice experience
  • Previous leadership experience in inpatient or ambulatory
  • Pharmacy residency
  • Pharm D. degree

Minimum Rate (USD): 81.77 - Maximum Rate (USD): 121.31
