Job Summary:

Information and Technology Services (ITS) is looking for an  ERP Business Analyst Senior to join the Enterprise Application Services team within ITS.

As a member of the ITS team, you will be a functional expert supporting the M-Pathways Student Administration System (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions), for processes related to Student Financials and Financial Aid. Responsibilities include customer communications, requirements gathering, system analysis, design, documentation and testing, investigating and resolving system issues, and providing outstanding customer support. You will work in partnership with business teams in the university's Student Financial Services and Financial Aid offices, and other departments across campus. You will report to the Product Manager on the Student Administration team. 

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
