As Manager, Contracting, you will be responsible for managing contracting and provider relations functions for Scripps Health Plan Services. Maintains, enhances, and oversees the operations of the corporate supply chain and to support executive leadership in strategic cost reduction initiatives. Responsible for strategic contracting and sourcing functions for Scripps Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Seven years of progressively responsible materials management experience, 3 of which in contracting and/or sourcing.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of experience.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Hospital experience and previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong Epic knowledge.
